By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to visitors and customers. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trove Group LLC, the owner of Tone Trove.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement concerning your use of the Site and any purchase. We may update them by posting a revised version to this page.

2. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 to use the Site and at least 18 to make a purchase.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, designs, presets, impulse responses, captures, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names are used only to describe inspiration or compatibility. Their use does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

4. Digital-product license

Digital products are licensed, not sold. A purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may keep a reasonable backup copy but may not share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the product.

5. Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Because digital products cannot be returned, sales are final after delivery except where applicable law requires a refund. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to replace or redeliver it.

Quad Cortex presets are fulfilled manually through the Neural DSP Cortex Cloud app. You must provide an accurate Cortex Cloud username. Other files are delivered to the email address used at checkout. We may refuse or refund an order at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every device or software version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trove Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site unlawfully; introduce malicious code; interfere with the Site, checkout, or delivery systems; attempt unauthorized access; or infringe another party’s rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trove Group LLC harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of a product, to the extent permitted by law.

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Arizona.
