This policy explains how Trove Group LLC (“Tone Trove,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit tonetrove.com, contact us, or purchase a product.

Information we collect

We receive information you submit, such as your name, email address, support message, order email, Cortex Cloud username, and any product review you choose to submit. Stripe processes checkout and payment information; Tone Trove does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Our hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the Site.

How we use information

• Process, fulfill, and support orders.
• Answer messages and troubleshoot products.
• Verify, moderate, and—with your permission—publish product reviews.
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents.
• Maintain business, tax, and legal records.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services to host the Site and process contact messages, and Stripe to process payments and issue receipts. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain order records as required for support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably useful. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted infrastructure permissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, subject to recordkeeping obligations. Tone Trove does not currently use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Stripe may use necessary checkout storage on its hosted payment pages.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
